Serkan Tekin was born in Istanbul on August 1st, 1980. After primary and secondary schools, he went to London in 1998 for an English language course. After that, he studied Business Administration at the De Montfort University in Leicester and successfully got his bachelor degree in 2004. In 2005, he returned back to Turkey and started working as Business Development Director at his family company. In 2006, with his own efforts, he joined forces with four other investors from the USA, Denmark, India and Hong Kong and established TACH Company.

Apart from his own company, he always supported his family company as well. Between 2009 and 2011, he worked as CEO of AzTurk Holding in Azerbaijan, which was an affiliate of his family company. Between 2011 and 2012, he worked as Deputy General Manager at Eston Construction Company, which was again an investment of the family company. In 2012, he decided to quit from the family company and totally focused on TACH business operations. In 2013, he created the Amana construction brand by establishing Kivi Gayrimenkul İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. to develop projects for international investors. In 2015, he set up Tach International Company in Serbia and in 2016, he became a partner with MK Smartlinking company to do business operations in Greece. In addition to this, in 2019, to carry out logistic activities between Turkey - Azerbaijan and Russia - Azerbaijan, he established Özaraz Cargo and Samur Rus Cargo companies.
